Pricing
We keep our pricing simple, fair and transparent. Billing starts from when we leave our business premises to cover travel costs, and you pay for the time until we return — not vague "per load" estimates.
Standard hourly rates
We normally work as a two-person team at €45 per person per hour — a total of €90 per hour, excluding VAT. Billing starts from when we leave our business premises to cover travel time, and continues until we return.
For most house clear-outs we will carefully break items down where appropriate (for example, dismantling furniture) so that we can fit as much as possible into the van on each run. This helps reduce the total time needed and keeps costs down.
Local work (Wexford)
For jobs within our core local area in Wexford there is no separate call-out fee. You simply pay our standard hourly rate from when we leave our premises to cover both travel and work time.
Further-afield trips
For longer journeys (for example to counties like Wicklow, Kildare, Dublin or beyond), there is a minimum charge of €180 to cover the travel time to and from your location. This isn't an extra fee on top — it's a minimum amount of billable time for longer distance work.
Recycling deposits
When acceptable, dry items cannot be reused or donated and need to be disposed of, we bring them to licensed recycling centres. We take a deposit in advance towards recycling fees and refund any remaining balance once we know the exact charges.
Single item disposal guide
For single item call outs. If you have multiple items we will instead apply our hourly rate + dumping fee. These prices are typical item fees for common bulky pieces and do not include our standard €20 call-out for jobs under €100. Final pricing may vary depending on access, condition and location.

For most single item disposals under €100, a €20 call-out is added to cover travel and time. For multiple items or combined with a larger clear-out, we may be able to group pricing — send us details and we'll confirm.
All pricing is subject to change. We'll confirm the current rates, any travel minimums and recycling deposits when you book.
We move dry items only — no chemicals, paints, solvents, loose fuel containers, domestic waste, hazardous materials, pressurised cylinders, leaking batteries, or perishable/frozen food contents. Appliances must be empty, clean and dry; cold units fully defrosted. Equipment with built-in fuel or oil may be moved only if upright, securely closed and not leaking.
