Give Us A Hand provides flexible local van transport for most dry household items — from full house clear-outs of acceptable goods and home moves, to single bulky item pickups, appliances, equipment and shop collections.
We move dry items only — no chemicals, no domestic waste or rubbish bags, no hazardous materials, no loose fuel cans and nothing that could leak or contaminate other goods.
What makes us different is our upcycling‑first mindset and simple pricing. Where possible, items in good condition are directed towards resale or donation to local charities; acceptable dry items that can't be reused are taken to licensed recycling centres. You are charged per person, per hour from when we leave our business premises to cover travel costs — not an arbitrary per‑load quote.

Pricing at a glance
- Standard labour rate: we normally work as a two‑person team at €45 per person per hour (i.e. €90 per hour, excluding VAT). Billing starts from when we leave our business premises to cover travel time.
- For acceptable dry items that need to be disposed of, we take a recycling deposit in advance to cover licensed recycling centre fees and refund any unused balance once costs are known.
- Local work in our core Wexford area has no separate call‑out fee; for jobs further afield there is a minimum charge of €180 to cover the travel time to and from your location.
- All prices are subject to change; we'll confirm the current rate and any travel or recycling charges when you book.
